Terms of Service

These terms cover booking and taking one-on-one video calls with Rithvik, known as Shabs, through learn.shabsmodel.com. By making an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who can book

You need to be at least 13. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian before you book. We ask for your birthday when you sign up, and every booking needs a photo of you. Shabs looks at each one and can decline any booking for any reason, with a full refund if it was paid.

Booking and paying

• A call is 30 minutes for $30, unless the site shows a different price when you book. The early price for the first 15 people ($10 off their first call) is applied automatically while spots last.
• Booking holds the time for you. You can pay any time up to 1 hour before the call. If it isn't paid by then, the booking is released and someone else can take the time.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• The call link appears in your dashboard once you've paid.

Moving and cancelling

• Not paid yet: cancel any time from your dashboard.
• Paid: you can move your call yourself up to 24 hours before it starts, twice per booking.
• Refunds: if you need to cancel a paid call, message Shabs from your dashboard at least 24 hours before and you'll get a full refund. Less than 24 hours before, paid calls aren't refunded, though Shabs may still help you move it.
• If Shabs cancels or declines your call, you get a full refund.

On the call

• If you don't show up within 10 minutes of the start time, the call counts as missed and isn't refunded.
• Be respectful. Shabs can end a call straight away, without a refund, if someone is abusive, sexual or threatening, and can close their account.
• Don't record the call without asking first.
• Calls end on time, even if they started late.

The advice

Shabs shares what he's learned from his own experience as a model. It's personal opinion, not medical, dermatological, psychological or professional advice, and results aren't guaranteed. Check with a doctor or dermatologist before changing anything about your skin, health or body.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep messages respectful. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The site and calls are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, our total liability for anything to do with a call is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll say so on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
